What is Herbalene®?
Herbalene® is the unique “Special Spice” discovered by Sir Jason Winters during his search for an authentic herbal formula inspired by traditional Eastern practices. Drawn from an oriental spice referenced in historic Chinese and Buddhist herbal traditions, Herbalene® is the ingredient that sets the Classic Herbal Blend apart.
Sir Jason described Herbalene® as a harmonizing catalyst—a component that helps bring the blend together in a balanced and unified way. According to Tri Sun International, laboratory data suggest that this special spice may enhance the synergy of the herbs used in Jason Winters Tea.

Is Jason Winters Tea caffeine-free?
Yes. All Jason Winters Tea products are naturally caffeine-free.
Does Jason Winters Tea contain allergens?
Our products do not contain common allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy, or nuts.
However, if you have specific sensitivities, please consult a healthcare professional.
Are your tea bags and packaging safe and environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our tea bags are crafted from plant-based, food-grade, biodegradable materials, and are designed for clean, flavorful infusions. They contain no string or tag, reducing waste and simplifying brewing. For freshness, tea bags are packaged in recyclable airtight canisters.
Refill options will be available soon, so you can reuse your canister and reduce waste.
Where are your products made?
All of our tea products are manufactured in the United States of America under strict quality and safety standards.
Can I drink Jason Winters Tea every day?
Yes. Many customers enjoy the tea daily.
However, if you have medical conditions or take medication, please consult a healthcare professional.
Can I mix the extract with other drinks?
Yes. The extract blends smoothly into water, juice, smoothies, or warm beverages.
How should I store the extract?
Keep the bottle tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Refrigeration after opening is recommended to help maintain freshness. Keep out of reach of children.
How should I store the Tea Bags or Loose Tea?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Always close the airtight canister securely to preserve freshness and aroma.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding women drink Jason Winters Tea?
Jason Winters Tea is made from gentle, natural herbs, but individual needs vary. Please consult your healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or nursing.
Is Jason Winters Tea safe for children?
Jason Winters Tea is formulated for adults. Please consult a pediatrician before giving herbal products to children.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International delivery: generally 7–14 business days, depending on your region and customs processing
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–14 business days.
Please note that customs inspections or local postal delays may extend delivery times.
Are there countries you cannot ship to?
Yes. Due to distribution agreements, we are unable to ship to Japan or Taiwan. If a restricted address is entered at checkout, the system will notify you automatically.
Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
Some countries may charge import taxes or processing fees before releasing your package.
These fees are set by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if my address is incorrect or the package is undeliverable?
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or carrier issues. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will refund the product price only (shipping and customs fees are non-refundable).
How do you handle pre-orders and back-orders?
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will appear on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available—unless you choose split shipping at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened tea products within 30 days of delivery when they are in their original, resalable condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending anything back.
