Refund policy

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

 

Eligibility

Unopened & Unused Items – Eligible for a refund or exchange if returned in original packaging and in clean, sealed, undamaged condition.

Opened Items – Because tea and concentrated extract are food items, opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to personal preference or “change of mind.”

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items – We will replace or refund the item in full and cover all return/shipping costs if we request the item back.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA# may be refused or not eligible for credit.

 

How to Return

  1. Obtain your RMA before sending any return. Please contact us by email: info@jwtintl.com or by phone: 1-307-207-3031 to request RMA. Provide your order number, reason for return, and if possible, photos of the product. We will confirm your eligibility and provide detailed return instructions.
  2. Pack the item in its original materials inside a sturdy box.
  3. Ship via a trackable and insured carrier.

 

Refunds

Defective/Company Error – We cover all return-shipping costs.

Change of Mind/Personal Preference – The customer pays all return-shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and important taxes are non-refundable.

 

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as credit, per your request, within 5-10 business days.


Risk of Loss

You are responsible for the package until it safely reaches us; please use a trackable, insured shipping method.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any unopened item for another of comparable value within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error. Please obtain an RMA before shipping any exchange.

 

International Orders

  1. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error.
  2. Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
  3. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
