Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Standard delivery takes about 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options (such as 2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout when offered.

 

International Shipping

International orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days.

Please allow extra time, as some regions may experience delays. Packages may be held for customs inspection, which can cause further delays. These procedures are managed by local customs authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control.

Your local customs office may apply import taxes or processing fees before your package is released. These charges are determined by local authorities, and we are unable to control or predict them.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to existing distribution agreements, our products are not available for purchase in Japan or Taiwan. If an address from a restricted region is entered at checkout, the system will prevent the order from being completed. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve these areas in the future

 

Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address, unclaimed deliveries, or carrier-related issues.

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or refused, we will refund the product price only (excluding shipping and any customs fees).

 

Back-Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, an estimated ship date will be provided on the product page. Orders containing back-ordered items may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless you choose a split shipment at checkout.
