Hello my friends,
As we move into April, I can’t help but think about the incredible momentum we’ve experienced over the past month.
March was truly something special.
Our recent time in Japan was a tremendous success. To stand once again among our extended family there—sharing stories, laughter, and the enduring message of my father, Sir Jason Winters, through the premiere of his documentary—was both humbling and inspiring. The energy, the respect, and the belief in what we are doing together continue to remind me just how far this journey has reached.
What moved me most was not just the success of the events and the documentary film itself, but the people. The relationships. The commitment to a shared vision that transcends borders and language.
To all of our members and friends in Japan and around the world—thank you. Your dedication and belief are what make this all possible.
I would also like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to those who achieved new milestones during this past month. To our new Business Members and Star Members, your hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed. These accomplishments represent more than titles—they reflect discipline, belief, and the courage to move forward.
And to everyone who continues to share and carry forward the story of Sir Jason Winters—thank you. You are not just telling a true-life story, you are keeping a legacy alive. That responsibility is meaningful, and each of you plays a part in ensuring that message continues to reach those who need it most.
We are not just building a business.
We are carrying forward a legacy.
As I look at the photographs from our time in Japan, I don’t just see events or gatherings… I see connection. I see continuity. I see my father’s spirit alive in every handshake, every smile, every conversation.
April, for me, is about gratitude.
Gratitude for the journey.
Gratitude for the people.
Gratitude for the opportunity to continue what was started so many years ago.
And while we celebrate these successes, we also keep moving forward—because the mission is far from complete.
The best is still ahead.
With appreciation,
Sir Raymond Winters
Sincerely,

Sir F. Raymond Jason Winters. KCSJ. SOJ
